Will this annoy my patients?
Not at all. Curogram limits review requests so that each patient only receives one every six months at most.
You will not be texting them after every vitamin pickup or quick follow-up. The messages are short, polite, and easy to ignore if the timing is not right. Patients generally appreciate the chance to share their thoughts without being put on the spot in person.
Can we filter out bad reviews?
Curogram includes an internal feedback option that helps with this. If a patient clicks "I had a bad experience," they are directed to a private form that goes straight to your office manager instead of to Google.
This gives you a chance to address the issue directly and resolve it before it becomes a public review. It is not about hiding negative feedback. It is about giving you a chance to make things right first.
Does this work for pediatric practices?
Yes. The text message goes to the parent or guardian, who is listed as the guarantor in CharmHealth.
Parents tend to be some of the most enthusiastic reviewers, especially when a provider has helped their child. Pediatric practices often see even faster review growth than adult-focused clinics because parents are eager to recommend doctors they trust with their kids.
