NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE — May 8, 2026 — Curogram, the patient communication platform built for outpatient medical practices, spent three days at Veradigm Customer Summit (VCS) 2026 in downtown Nashville. The team sat down with Veradigm and Practice Fusion customers from across the country to talk through where patient outreach is working and where it still falls short.
VCS is Veradigm's flagship customer gathering, designed for practices running on Veradigm and Practice Fusion EHRs. The 2026 edition took place at a venue just across from Music City Center, drawing customers, partners, payers, and industry voices for three days of sessions and side conversations. Curogram came as a Veradigm and Practice Fusion integration partner — there to listen, share what it has learned from its own customers, and walk practices through how the platform plugs in.
What practices kept bringing up:
They want patient communication that lives inside Veradigm and Practice Fusion, not a separate tool that adds work on top of what they already do.
Their front desks are buried in manual data entry, paper forms, and back-and-forth phone calls.
Speeding up collections — through patient texting and digital payments — is a real revenue cycle priority, not a nice-to-have.
Curogram's team caught up with Alison Killan and Jordan Oelenberger from the Veradigm and Practice Fusion side, along with fellow partners and customers, to dig into how better communication tooling can take pressure off practices. Those conversations echoed what Curogram already hears week to week from its own customer base, and they sharpened the case for keeping product development tightly aligned with how Veradigm practices actually run.
"VCS is one of the best places to sit down with Veradigm and Practice Fusion practices and hear what is actually happening at the front desk. What we heard this year was consistent: practices want patient communication tools that work with their EHR, not against it. That is exactly why we built our Veradigm and Practice Fusion integrations the way we did."
— Michael Hsu, CEO of Curogram
For Veradigm practices, Curogram brings a set of capabilities that fit directly into existing workflows. The platform connects natively to Veradigm and Practice Fusion EHRs and adds HIPAA compliant 2-way SMS, automated appointment reminders, patient recalls, digital intake forms that write back to the EHR, and text-to-pay for collections. Based on Curogram's internal data, clinics on the platform see no-show rates 53% below the industry average and cut inbound phone call volume by half.
The company plans to stay close to the Veradigm and Practice Fusion community in the months ahead — through more events, ongoing content, and product work shaped by what practices say they need.
